After a historical and cultural introduction to the Vetrère winery, the tour continues through the vineyards to closely observe the vines, soil types, and cultivation methods. The journey proceeds inside the cellar, where you can appreciate the phases of winemaking through the most modern technologies. During the harvest season, the aroma is intoxicating, and you can witness all the processing steps. The tour concludes in the completely underground barrel room, where the wines age beneath charming tuff vaults.

After finishing the tour, you will head to the ‘Garden of the English,’ where, surrounded by greenery, the pre-agreed menu will be served. The menu includes a typical appetizer, a first course made predominantly with local products, and to finish, seasonal fruit and typical desserts.
