Primitivo, a red grape variety that gets its name from its early maturity, is the first to start the harvest of reds already in August. It is a high-quality wine with high olfactory complexity, with strong hints of ripe fruit.

- Winemaking: Mechanical harvesting, grape selection, crushing, de-stemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
- Aging: Four months in steel and two months in bottle

Organoleptic properties:
Ruby color with purple reflections, persistent notes of blackcurrant on the nose also in the gustatory-olfactory phase. Soft on the palate, it reveals a tannic load that gives good persistence in the finish.
