The Negroamaro and Black Malvasia grapes give life to an iconic and surprising wine of the Vetrère production. Kemelios is produced in small quantities with numbered bottles, and is only put on the market in exceptional years. A wine with a rich bouquet of red fruits and spices, complex and structured. The label reproduces the coat of arms of the Ammazzalorsa family.

- Grapes: Negroamaro and Malvasia
- Winemaking: Harvesting, careful selection of the grapes, crushing, destemming, fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature.
- Refinement: In contact with wood for 12 months, recommended in the bottle for 14 months.
Organoleptic properties:
Deep red color with violet reflections, reminders of ripe red fruits, spicy and toasted oak notes. Round taste, important but soft and mature tannins. Persistence on the palate and nose.
