100% Minutolo, with intense aromas that give character. Faithfully preserves the typical aromas of the berry and enhances the nuances. It has an unexpected ability to surprise thanks to the balance between aroma and acidity, which does not detract from the roundness of the taste.

- Grapes: Minutolo
- Form of cultivation: spurred cordon espalier.
- Wine making: Mechanical harvesting, soft pressing, static clarification, slow fermentation in steel for 30 days, permanence on the yeasts.
- Aging: In bottle for two months.
- Food pairing: Shellfish and hard or blue cheese.
Organoleptic properties:
On the nose, olfactory reminders of orange blossom, lime tree, exotic fruits such as papaya and pineapple. Excellent acidity which does not detract from the roundness of the taste.
